What the quote includes
The diagnosis, labour, parts and turnaround, line by line. Original or period parts whenever they exist. If opening the watch reveals a broken part, nothing goes ahead without your approval.
Parts and lead times
You choose, I keep you informed.
Two questions before every service. Your answers set the lead time.
Original parts
- Keep them wherever possibleI repair, or look for a period part, before replacing.
- Replace faulty partsQuicker: a worn or broken part is changed.
Ordering parts
- Order if neededI order as soon as you accept the quote.
- Ask me before ordering anythingI write to you with the part’s price and lead time.
A part can take longer to arrive than the service itself, especially for an older watch. I tell you the supplier’s lead time before ordering.
